Common questions

How do I move my closet to a new phone?
Sign in with the same email on the new phone and tap "Bring my closet back". Without an account: on the old phone, Settings → Backup → Save a copy, then Open a copy on the new one.

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. It deletes the account and its backup from our server straight away.

How do I stop things going to the AI?
Settings → Privacy → turn off the AI stylist.

The weather is missing.
Allow location for LightHouse in your phone's Settings, then tap the weather line on the Stylist tab.
